 * 5 feet 2 inches and 108 pounds; thin at 10 years old
 * Thin bone structure with vata pulse
 * Anxious and to a lesser degree irritable; fatigued at times
 * Born and raised in New York; moved because too much
 * Intense eyes that dart all over; Talks quickly
 * O positive [[blood type]]
 * learns fast, forgets fast
 * [[menstruation]] started at 11 years old, normal to heavy, regular
 * two or three normal or loose stools a day (pitta)
 * Some pimples

Patient’s Health Concerns

 * Worried, anxious, overwhelmed, world too rough, in therapy
 * Wants to get a lot done, but clutter in life; impatient, frustrated ([[vata pushing pitta]], emotional [[toxins]])
 * [[Pulse]] runs away when pressured
 * Poor [[sleep]], wakes up at 2:30 am ([[vata time]])
 * Slow urination, [[weak kidneys]] ([[fear]])
 * [[Dry mouth]], [[teeth marks around tongue]], depression line on tongue
 * Menstruation keeps getting shorter, low progesterone
 * [[cold hands and feet]]
 * Downward [[dimple]] on face
 * motion sickness

Patient’s Vikruti

vikruti = vata out of balance, vata pushing pitta

Recommendations

 * [[Meditation]] to digest thoughts, feelings, and emotions accumulated throughout the day
 * Realize all desires can’t be fulfilled, change life slowly
 * Rub warm [[bhringaraj oil]] on feet, ears, temple to calm mind and sleep well
 * Apply warm [[sesame oil]] or [[herbal oil]] to entire body daily 
 * Follow daily routine
 * Do graceful exercises like [[yoga]], ballet, swimming, walking, or tai chi
 * Do something creative
 * Do [[alternate nostril breathing]], [[chanting]], and singing
 * Avoid [[coffee]], [[chocolate]], and bitter, light, and rough food
 * Do [[aromatherapy]] using sweet oils such as rose or amber 
 * Do patience mantra

Take ½ teaspoon of the following customized herbal formula with 4 – 8 ounces of hot water and ashwagandha wine 30 minutes before meals three times a day for four weeks:

 * 5 parts [[shatavari]] (sooths vata, prevents [[motion sickness]]) 
 * 3 parts [[vidari]] (sooths vata)
 * 3 parts [[licorice]] (helps with disappearing when pressure)
 * 2 parts [[gokshura]] (strengthens kidney and liver)
 * 2 parts [[chitrak]] (helps metabolism)
 * 4 parts [[jatamansi]] (helps anxiety)

Take ½ teaspoon of triphala before bed
