5 part punarnava

4part brahmi – sooth depression and anxiety tridoshic

1 part vacha – sooth kapha provokes pitta (pitta depression – no vacha – manic side bi polar/depression side – vacha safe

2 Talisadi – soot v provoke p soothe k spicy, ginger and black pepper to sooth allergy ailments

4 part Ashwagandha – soothe vata and pitta. Aid in weight gain

3 part bala soothe vata and pitta. Aid in weight gain

½ tsp 3xs day 4week supply taken with 1 tsp of chatvary ghee 1 tsp sucanat/Rapadura and some organic milk heat all add 1 tsp raw uncooked honey consume before bed

Triphala

Standard Triphala: 2 Parts of Haritaki,

5 Parts of Amalaki,

1 -3 teaspoon capsules ~1 hour before bed for overall cleansing and rejuvenation Herbal Oils (Massage, Nasya):

Ashwagandha bala or maha Ganesh oil diluted with sesame oil daily

After showering, while bathroom is still steamed apply rose and lavender essential oils diluted with sesame oil to third eye, on and behind ears, temples, throat, heart, belly bottom and clitoris as therapy treatment.
