Other Recommendations:

•Follow Kapha soothing diet (less sweets, salty and sour, more bitter –green leafy veggies). Continue eating spicy (mustard, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne) – great for drying up mucus.

•Stay busy with physical and mental (books V internet) activity

•Begin using triphala after bibhitaki

•5 pillars of good health are sleep, food, exercise, meditation and sex. They should not be under or over expressed

•Cut out cheese, iced products, milk, yogurt etc.
