•5 pillars of good health are sleep, food, exercise, meditation and sex. They should not be under or over expressed

•Do Vata soothing exercises – low impact, yoga, elliptical machine, Thai chi

•Alternate nostril breathing/pranayama daily with Nasya at night with 3-5 drops in the nostril while laying on bed with head dangling upside down by the edge then remain inverted for 5 minutes

•Chant 5 minutes of sound therapy – more earthy sounds i.e. Om or “She dun do bo do la” very good for Vata disturbances
