Banyan Nasya: use prior to alternate nostril breathing in the morning

__**Other Recommendations:**__

•Don’t scrape tongue at night because it will disturb digestion but do it in the morning

•Hydration is not a problem because she drinks 20 cups of water but oleation is important

•To soothe Vata and constipation, hydration, oleation and fiber is important
