Nails: Moon visible only on one thumb, lack of moons on index and middle (Vata), striation (Vata malabsorption), dry nails (high vata)

Ama (Toxins) from Tongue Exam: Tongue some teeth marks.. malabsorption

Pulse: Vata in large intestine and lungs (weak lung energy)

Ears: slight, diagonal crease present which means slight cholesterol concern..

Pain: Lower back pain

Menstrual Difficulties: regular menstruation… painful… does not have excessive or scanty flow

Custom Herbal Formula Prescribed:

Vata formula pushing Pitta

5 Shatavari (for overall strength… soothes Vata and Pitta but doesn’t disturb Kapha),

5 Ashwagandha (for the muscle…soothes Vata and Kapha but doesn’t disturb Pitta)

Directions: 1 teaspoon 3x times per day for 6-8 weeks taken with 8oz of hot water (with aloe vera) 40minutes before meals to help with kidney


Standard Triphala: 2 Parts of Haritaki, 5 Parts of Amalaki, 3 Parts of Bibhitaki

1 teaspoon ~1 hour before bed (empty stomach)

Other Recommendations: 

•anoint all chakra pints after shower with lavender or sandalwood oil

•when kidney is weak, to have orgasm more than once a week can increase the disturbance.

•3 pillars of good health are sleep, food and sex. They should not be under or over expressed


•Consider herbal teas and try to have less acid and coffee in diet

•Don't go to bed after 10p otherwise Pitta will spike and be sure to eat atleast 3 hrs prior to going to sleep.

•Massage bringarj oil on soles of feet, on crown chakra and add a few drops around the ear (and massage). Feet, hands and ears are reflexology

•should drink room temperature water as reduce cold water intake. Upon waking drink one glass of water to cleanse system and wait 30 minutes to flush out kidneys.
