C/S: as powder /decoction gf bleeding and blood disorders, ulcers, skin disorders—erysipelas, rakta pitta, fever, jaundice As decoction with triphala, daruharidra, guduci, katuka, nimba, vaca gf gout Decoction of manjishtha, triphala, daruharidra, guduci, katuka, nimba, and vaca is good for gout

Rp/S: as powder /decoction gf stimulation of uterus, amenorrhea, oligomenorrhea, galactodepurant As cold infusion gf menstrual bleeding, dysmenorrhea, stimulates and cleanses uterus

U/S: as powder /decoction gf antidiabetic (pitta prameha), renal calculi (acidifies urine) As powder with raktacandana and ghritam processed with murva gf pitta prameha and burns

In/S: as powder with honey or decoction gf skin diseases—leprosy, erysipelas, vitiligo, hypo-pigmentation, scabies, eczema, allergic manifestations, freckles

Cautions: In excess doses creates mania hallucinations
